We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office resources, ensuring a smooth workflow, and providing support to our team. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Office Coordination: Organize and coordinate office activities and meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Manage calendars and appointments for senior staff.
HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating training and development programs. Support the HR department in policy implementation and compliance.
Financial Administration: Handle office expenses, budgets, and petty cash. Process invoices and payments, and work with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Health and Safety: Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
