Service Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
New Business Development: Proactively seek out and acquire new clients to expand the company’s client base.
Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
